Christmas with the Smiths…

So excited to share a few photos of our first Christmas in our home and as a married couple! I cannot believe that Christmas has already passed, but it was a great holiday and I was blessed to be able to spend so much time with my friends and family. 

We hosted "Christmas" at our house on Christmas Eve for both our families and I am so glad we did. Decorating the house was incredible and I loved every part of it {so far}. Shane and I had so much fun decorating the house and the tree, it was amazing to finally do it together. 

My favorite part of hosting at our house is setting my table. We received so many amazing pieces of china and tableware for our wedding and I love being able to use it. Christmas is the perfect time for glitzy table decorations and I just love the glitter covered champagne bottles and the plaid ribbon I found at Michaels!

I saw this dress in Kate Spade months ago and completely fell in love with it. I knew it would be the perfect Christmas dress so when they finally had a sale I bought it. It's an incredibly comfortable and easy dress to wear {with pockets} but the back of the dress is my favorite part. :)
