We stopped by my family's cabin on the pond so I could show Shane. During the summers we were at the cabin all the time. We had paddle boats and canoes we used and we always had so much fun! My Grandpa built this cabin {by hand} and it holds so many memories for me. They are slowly restoring the inside and re-building the outside deck, but I hope that our children will be able to enjoy summers staying at the cabin.

The weather was incredible this entire day and the evening temperature was perfect as well. I wore this outfit for my cousin's rehearsal dinner "get together" at my Aunt's house. They had a fire going in the fire pit outside that night and I was nice and cozy in my flannel and booties. As you can see in the photos the trees were changing and everyday it seemed like they were a different shade. New England in the fall is breathtaking and there is always something to look at in awe. It is totally opposite of Florida and I am so glad we were able to make the trip.
Thankfully, it is Friday! Shane now has Fridays off so we will be spending the day together relaxing. I hope everyone has an awesome weekend and thanks for reading!
